boys2men Leadership Summit

Crowley Foundation collaborated with the University of Colorado in Boulder to launch the first retreat in June, 2015 hosting 20 young men. The initial session was three days and has now grown into a week-long segment that accommodates 35 young men. Our 6 mentors play an integral part in the success of the summit; they must represent the core values of the organization. The participants are paired into brotherhoods and given the theme of the summit and their component to create a presentation for the end of the week. Over the course of the week, each session is a building block to equip them for their presentation and to strengthen their bond as a brotherhood. The outcome is unparalleled. The Leadership Summit has become the most treasured program for the young men.

I’m A Business, Man’ is a campaign initiated by the Young Kings of the Crowley Foundation. As we prepare to lead another generation of Black Families, it is imperative that we intentionally develop our Financial Acumen. We have Identified 5 areas that will help us address the wealth disparity in our families; Accounting, Investing, Unlearn Poverty & Relearn Wealth, Market Analysis, Tax Accounting

We understand that financial literacy is our bucket in a well of wealth- the larger our bucket the greater our wealth. Throughout a 5-Day Interactive Summit we will redefine the dollar and purpose of these means, asses our personal relationship with money then outline a personal financial road map to acquire financial freedom.

2020 - Keys To the City

‘Keys to the City’ is a campaign initiated by the Young Kings of the Crowley Foundation. As citizens of this community we have an inalienable responsibility to participate in the progression of this land and culture. We find it necessary to educate ourselves and our peers on our civic duty in order to liberate our thinking and the barriers placed on black men.

2022 - I love myself

I LOVE MYSELF is the cornerstone of our progressive journey towards fulfilling our purpose. Because we love ourselves, we stand on five principles; 

Discipline, Purpose, Wellness, Faith, Family. 

2019 - Save A Thousand

Save a Thousand is a campaign initiated by the Young Kings of boys2MEN. We believe that through self-awareness and affirmation the community at large is better off. We will host a series of four workshops within a year focused on each introspection! Join the Save A Thousand campaign and help us change lives statewide.

2016 - Presidental

To build character and emotional connections between Young Kings that will go to nourish home life, academia, community and peer relations along with future successes.

2021 - Good Trouble

Good Trouble is a campaign initiated by the Young Kings of the Crowley Foundation. Inspired by the strength of the shoulders we stand on- we find it necessary to carry out the fight against social injustice.

2018 - Opportunity

The Opportunity of a lifetime is always at our fingertips. The ability to harness each interaction effectively requires a skill that is reinforced over time. During these five days Young Kings will immerse themselves into industries that present different business opportunities.
